What happens after I download?

• 1 Open the DMG and drag 10x to Applications
• 2 Grant Accessibility permission on first launch. This lets 10x see which app is active and read window titles.
• 3 On first setup, 10x downloads its local AI model. This can take some time depending on your connection and Mac.
• 4 10x starts learning your patterns in the background

Why is the download 7 GB?

• 10x bundles a local AI model so your productivity data never leaves your Mac
• The app itself is ~200 MB; the AI model is ~6.6 GB
• This is the tradeoff for complete privacy: no cloud upload, no user accounts, no third-party tracking

When do I see results?

• Session 1: See your app timeline and focus breakdown
• First few days: Start noticing what changes from day to day
• First week: 10x begins surfacing repeated patterns and interruptions
